We engaged Knights Quality Renovations to complete work involving an extension to our existing home and subsequently some outdoor concreting and installation of a shed.
From the outset Mike was always professional, friendly and knowledgeable and took a real interest in what we were trying to achieve with the addition to our home. He was always positive and even when he discovered an issue or problem, always came armed with solutions for us to consider. Before engaging Knights Quality Renovations, we did obtain other prices and theirs was by far the most thorough, and accurate for the work we wanted done. In the end, they came in under budget which for us was amazing! We never felt concerned about allowing them access to our home and they always tidied up and kept us informed as to what contractors would be working on the property and when and with Mike managing the overall job we knew that our home would be respected. All the work was completed on time and the finish was awesome, we love our new dining room and Simon loves the extra carparking and his shed. Attention to detail, quality work, fabulous project management. Mike communicated regularly with us so we always knew what was happening or to discuss any issues he needed resolved. He was very skilled at thinking through the detail ahead of the other trades or contracted companies coming in.
